In response to a growing demand for a facility where from we can coordinate and manage our various projects as well as offering our clients a facility that has been tailor-made to allow the development, discussion and formulation of ideas, as well as providing an ideal and conducive platform for research projects as well as projects of a philanthropic nature such as social projects, spiritual and even educational pursuits, we have deemed it fit to secure land of our own that we will develop into a hub of project management, social and commercial conferencing, and educational as well as study.
We have identified and secured Mopani Lodge, 20km outside of the Capital City of Pretoria. There is a vast land and well developed facilities that fit squarely into our modern ideology of conducting business and stimulating innovation through the creation of a conducive environment. The Mopani Centre offers the following (please note that whilst some of the facilities stated below are mandatory to our business functions, some come with the facilities as a value add and we have developed relevant methodologies to make maximum employment thereof.
- Conference Centre
- Educational & Research - we are dedicated, inasmuch as we manage projects similar to this facility, to try as best as we can to keep and even improve the vegetation, both in terms of vastness and variety, not just as an environmental responsibility but as a subject of interest to researchers and botanists and other academics with such inclinations
- Study Camp Facilities
- Camp facilities
- Internet & Wi-Fi
- Office parties, Christmas parties, etc.
- A shuttle service dedicated to the ferrying of patrons to and from the airport, and to the various tourist attraction areas in the vicinity of Mopani.
- A cultural Village – this will be a value add comprising of the following:
A Cultural Village that has been has been named Uhuru-Ubuntu Cultural Festival whereby every last Sunday of every month we bring together a wide spectrum of cultural singers, dancers, story-tellers, praise singers, including all the elements of Ubuntu-Uhuru Thursday, plus any other cultural wares and regalia, and memorabilia that will be on sale on that particular day. Patrons will be even encouraged to attend these in their own cultural regalia if they can and to learn of the different symbols, dynamics, and intricacies of our diverse cultures. Whilst there will be separate price tag for day visitors, campers and foreign organizations will have a packaged pricing structure that allows them access and participation in the festivals. This will be also marked quite aggressively in order for it to have the desired operational and financial impact.
- Church groups will be allowed to book the fully equipped Chapel for prayer services at a fee.
- Three rooms will be dedicated for a spar. It will be let out to an external spar business. This will generate cash through monthly rentals as well as being a marketing strategy.
- We are also weighing the prospects of having a simple, mini-gym.
- A convenience store offering refreshments, ablution paraphernalia and stationery.
- Track & Trail – in order to take full advantage of the vast land occupied we will create a track and trail and hiking facility in the Lodge.
- Games – part of the experience of spending time out at the centre to free one’s spirit and enjoy oneself and to build solid team dynamics and corporate synergies. In order to afford that to our patrons we will have on the site a pitch for mini-soccer, a netball and basketball court and volleyball court, paint-ball, traditional games (which will be taught to our stuff so they can teach our patrons who so wish), quad-biking (we have plans to build the tracks at the lodge) and other games.
